Welcome to Friday Night Flag Idaho Falls

Registration is OPEN for 2024 Fall. This fall season runs from August 30th to October 11th, with games taking place typically on Fridays.

Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag affiliated league, for all boys and girls K-8th grade. Friday Night Flag is quick play and high tempo which makes for exciting games for both players and parents.

General League Format

5 Regular Season games
Last two weeks is a single elimination Championship
5 on 5 format
Equal playing time.
One practice held a week (1-1.5 long)
NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams.
ALL coaches are volunteer parents
Championship gifts are awarded to the Champions of the grade division

Idaho Falls Spring 2025

ATTENTION, TEAM SPONSORS REQUIRED: All teams are required to have a Team Sponsor for their team. The Team Sponsorship is $150. This is required in order for teams to receive their NFL jerseys and shorts provided by the league. Team sponsorships will be due prior to the first games in April. Any team that doesn't submit a team sponsorship may not be eligible for the playoffs until the sponsorship is submitted.

Idaho Falls Spring 2025 Season Dates: 7 weeks, April 11th 2025- May 23rd 2025

Early Registrations ($140) begins October 4th and ends November 30th 2024.
Regular Registration ($155) begins December 1st, 2024 and ends January 31st, 2025.
Late Registration ($170) begins February 1st - March 11th , 2025 or until divisions fill up.
Wait List Registration begins after Divisions are full and will be $185
Any roster request changes that come after jersey's have been ordered will be an additional $30 charge

7 on 7 league 2025 Season dates: 3 Weeks, April 28th -May 16th with 2 games per week.

FRIDAY NIGHT FLAG is offering a 7 on 7 passing league for athletes to further develop their game. 7v7 develops football fundamentals, concepts, and IQ in a pass only game. Participants should be able to catch a football for this style of play or play the Quarterback position. We are offering it to the grade levels 3rd-12th. (grade level will be current grade in springtime, younger athletes can play up a grade, Ex. 2nd graders can play in 3rd grade)

Game Play is about 45 mins long
5 Regular Season games
40 yards of regulation field
Playoff and Championships
7 on 7 format (Passing ONLY)
Soft helmets not required but highly recommended
Championship gifts are awarded to the Champions of the grade division
