Every team is required to secure a Team Sponsor, and the sponsorship amount is contingent upon the specific league in which your team will be participating.  To determine the exact sponsorship requirements for your league, please refer to the city registration link or our sponsors page. The funds from the sponsorship fee contribute to covering the costs of team NFL jerseys and shorts. In cases where a corporate sponsor is not identified, team parents may sponsor the team by collectively providing the required sponsorship amount.  Once the Team Sponsorship is successfully completed, the team NFL Flag jerseys are distributed to the coaches for distribution to the players.

Unless otherwise stated on the city registration page, adhere to the following refund policy:

• 100% refund if requested before we start placing players on teams. Mid- July for Fall Season. Mid- Feb. for Spring Season.
•  50% refund if requested once after teams are in the process of being built. End July for Fall Season.  End of February for Spring.
  
• 0% refund once practices start.  Beginning of August for Fall. Beginning of March for Spring

Unless otherwise stated on the city registration page or by the City itself, adhere to the following weather policy: 

RAIN: Games will be played.

LIGHTNING: Games will be stopped immediately if lightning is adjacent or over the fields.

• Regular Season Games: If game is cancelled during an active game, the team with the highest score wins.
• Playoff Games: The team with the highest score will win and advance. If game is cancelled prior to start, the higher seeded team will advance.  If the game is tied, the higher seeded team will advance.
  • Playoff Games will be evaluated for cancellation each hour of games, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9pm. Game cancellations will be announced at each field prior to the start of the game. In the event of a tie, the higher seeded team advances. Championship games only will be delayed beyond a 15 min. start buffer, if necessary due to weather, but not beyond a start time of 10pm.
